The Real Estate Whisperer®

Real Estate Education for Investors and the Professionals Who Advise Them

Programs by Rich Arzaga, CFP®, CCIM

For many families, rental property is one of their largest and most personal assets. Yet decisions about buying, holding, exchanging or selling it are often made with less analysis than the rest of their finances get.

These programs aim to close that gap. Each one explains a part of investment real estate in plain terms: how to measure what a property actually earns, how the main tax strategies work, and what to weigh before making a decision. They're for individual investors who want to make well-informed choices, and for the professional advisors who guide them, all with the same goal: decisions that support a family's overall financial picture.

Programs are available in person or virtually, for investor groups, firms, chapters and associations. Most are approved for CFP®, CPA and EA continuing education credit.
